Hotel Kanawa renovation project in Jl. Thamrin, Padang, Indonesia -later become Kawana Hotel. The scope of works are creating new layout, facade and interior without removing the existing structure as well as creating Bill of Quantity, managing construction process while the hotel still open and wide adjustment to the building facade.

This project is our CSR project to create sustainable class room for an islamic boarding school in Ciamiampe, Bogor. The design for this class room used local material that could be find near the location, recycle material from the demolition of the old class room as well as the concept to let natural light and cross wind ventilation entering the class room to reduce the need of electricity.

The restaurant is located in the area which have wide opening angle in the façade. The concept for the restaurant is to create simple yet modern look for visitor to come and dine in as well as the opportunity to feel the outdoor space in the back area.

The concept for this particular restaurant is lux and comfy with high-end material used in this design as well as wide range variety ornament and wallpaper to embrace the concept. The outdoor area still integrated with the additional “bridge” to accommodate people who prefer to dine in the nature.

The building mass wich embrace tropical element as its core with minimalism and sustainable concept in the interior give people who dine in feel for thermally and visually comfortable while eating their food
